Shipping + Returns

At this time, we offer free standard shipping to addresses located within the 50 United States on orders over $150.

An order can take up to 3 business days to ship out, but most often we ship the same day if placed before noon. Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays.

Any special shipping requests can be made at check out. 


No shipping will take place Thursday 11/23 or Friday 11/24

Returns date will be extended through January 19th to allow for Christmas gifts. On Dec. 19th, it will revert to the usual 30 day return policy.

Orders must be placed by the following dates to receive in time for Christmas

Standard Shipping - Dec. 15

3 Day delivery – Dec. 18 (UPS)

2 Day air – Dec. 21

Return Policy
We will accept returns if they are in unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. You can visit our returns page here to file a request.

LACAUSA merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account.
